RE: V4R4-V4R5 Upgrade

Just went through this, John.  Perform a manual IPL - if no console is
found, the OS looks for a green screen on port 0, address 0.  This may allow
you to continue with your IPL.  What I did then was turn off QLMTSECOFR and
then re-IPL in normal mode.
