Pause standard output

Not that I can find - nor does the output show in the log as far as I can
see.  I had tried hoped to be able to override stdout so that I could trap
the stream for debugging purposes but IBM tells me that as from (I think)
V4R3 that the APIs don't really use stdin/stdout any more and cannot
therefore be subject to overrides.  One thing you might want to try.
Instead of using the APIs directly you use the wrappers supplied as part of
IBM's CGIDEV2 library www.easy400.ibm.it is the best link) then excellent
debug facilities are built in and can be programatically turned on/off as
you go.
