Chris, Have you tried a different keyboard? It sounds to me like this is not a Client Access problem per se, but rather something in the layers between the hardware and the emulator, like the keyboard is sending a scan code that Windows understands but CA does not, or Windows is not passing the keystroke through to the emulator properly. He doesn't have some funky keyboard specified under Control Panel/Keyboard/Languages, does he? Dave Shaw Spartan International, Inc.
