Chris,

Have you tried a different keyboard?  It sounds to me like this is not a
Client Access problem per se, but rather something in the layers between the
hardware and the emulator, like the keyboard is sending a scan code that
Windows understands but CA does not, or Windows is not passing the keystroke
through to the emulator properly.  He doesn't have some funky keyboard
specified under Control Panel/Keyboard/Languages, does he?

The thing is that this VP was the VP of IS until about this time last year, 
so he knows the ins and outs of the system.

Also, we have tried using another .kmp file (from my pc) with no 
luck.  Like I said, the only key that does NOT map is the Right Control key.
