We have a user (VP who has used the terminal for 10+ years and migrated to 
Client Access Express just a couple of years ago) who just has to have the 
Right Control key mapped to the Enter key.  This just will not work.  This 
is also the only key that will not work through the emulator even at the 
default settings.  The key does work in Windows.  Our PC guys had to solve 
some Windows issues and they decided to just upgrade his service pack while 
they were there.  Well, the keyboard map to this control key would not 
work.  We have completely uninstalled CA, deleted the IBM folder, and 
removed all Client Access-related entries in the registry.  We then 
reinstalled the software and service pack.  All other users on this service 
pack have no problems with the mapping of this key.  One thing to note is 
that this VP is running a laptop through a docking station, but both the 
laptop and keyboard control keys work in Windows, just not Client Access.

Any solutions?  Should we try to remove the service pack to the version he 
was previously on?
