I would go back through the old News/400 magazine and find every article by
Paul Conte that concerns Java and read them. Paul's a trusted source of good
information.

After that, check with Roger Pence and his idea on "how to learn Java".
Roger's a wonderful source of "real world" information.

Then raise your salary demands! <grin>
