Joe,

Re-read my post and carefully look at where I used the words "Tactical" and
"Strategic"

I stand by what I said within the predicates that I outlined.


Just looking at the past,  If RPGIV took from V3R1 till now to get widely
accepted,  I would predict that Java will take the same or longer time
period.  No emotion either way,  Just a prediction.
