Thanks, Neil. That did it. Where do I find info like this? Is there a web
based DB of APARs?

        Subject: Can't find office vision

Hi,
I have a client who when they stopped using Office Vision (some years
ago)they simply applied the next release without that product. Now, there
are a number of user profiles who have been disabled but cannot be deleted
because they were not removed from Office/Vision. Any idea how to remove
these user profiles? The message below is what displays when I try to
delete them.

                                                 Additional Message
Information

  Message ID . . . . . . : CPF2265 Severity . . . . . . . : 40

  Message type . . . . . : Diagnostic

  Date sent . . . . . . : 03/15/01 Time sent . . . . . . :
13:17:03

  Message . . . . : User profile GERRING not deleted.

Cause . . . . . : User profile GERRING was not deleted because either
the
user is enrolled in OfficeVision/400 or the OfficeVision/400
enrollment
file
    cannot be allocated.

  Recovery . . . : Enter OfficeVision/400 and delete the user from
OfficeVision/400 if enrolled in OfficeVision/400. Try the Delete User
Profile (DLTUSRPRF) command again.

Thanks in advance,
