Hi, I have a client who when they stopped using Office Vision (some years ago)they simply applied the next release without that product. Now, there are a number of user profiles who have been disabled but cannot be deleted because they were not removed from Office/Vision. Any idea how to remove these user profiles? The message below is what displays when I try to delete them. Additional Message Information Message ID . . . . . . : CPF2265 Severity . . . . . . . : 40 Message type . . . . . : Diagnostic Date sent . . . . . . : 03/15/01 Time sent . . . . . . : 13:17:03 Message . . . . : User profile GERRING not deleted. Cause . . . . . : User profile GERRING was not deleted because either the user is enrolled in OfficeVision/400 or the OfficeVision/400 enrollment file cannot be allocated. Recovery . . . : Enter OfficeVision/400 and delete the user from OfficeVision/400 if enrolled in OfficeVision/400. Try the Delete User Profile (DLTUSRPRF) command again.
