Management Central

Ok here is a another problem that cropped up after an IPL.  I cannot get
Management Central to run.  It starts then ends normally after 1 or 2
seconds.  It was running fine before the IPL for several months.  Did the
recent PTF's cause this?  Any Ideas or suggestion out there?
