One possible problem-check for a data area
qtcp/qtmplpr - if has byte 1=N, that was a method
to suppress seperator page.
If you can get to see the actual lpd command (check
joblogs & chg jobd for maximum logging(not sure if you
can see it) but the Printing V Redbook, page 174 says
as400 lpr will add a print filter "L" to print banner page.
If can't see on 400, unix box should see it coming in.
