I think the answer is yet.  I remember reading a post this morning about
using an ASCII workstation controller for this.  We use a 3164 emulator with
ours instead of plain terminal program.

However, you can set up PPP and use Windows DUN (or any PPP software) and
then use Client Access (or telnet) to connect.  You get the benefit of being
able to access your LAN (if IP forwarding is *YES).

Alas, I believe Ops Nav is required to configure the PPP connection.

Yes.  You can use passthru to connect to another AS/400.  I suppose you
could also use PPP, although I haven't tried it.

Without knowing what you're actually trying to accomplish and what resources
you have, your questions are a bit difficult to answer specifically.
