Translating to Spanish can really improve or not improve the image a
customer has about your company.   In my opinion, the cost of hiring an
Spanish translator can really save you money in the long run.  Few things
to consider were already addressed by others.  Some others may be the
audience's:  Country, Age, Education level, Whether you are notifying to
the customer or advertising to the customer may also trigger different
verbs being used.
