RE: Query/400 Manual

If the v4r5 manual is not on your v4r5 softcopy-library CD its likely that
it hasn't changed since its last publication.  On the v4r4 cd the doc ref
ends in -00, and the same on the v4r3 cd, not on v4r2, -00 in v4r1 - it's a
reasonable bet that it hasn't changed for v4r5.
