I forgot to add,  You CAN use a Query manual from the Sys/38 Rel 7+/-
It hasn't changed much.   (seriously, you can use from V3R1 and up)

I don't think anyone in Rochester knows how to change it, They are (I
believe) just thankful that it continues to work from release to release
with no problems.
