Assuming that you are using SNDDST:

- WRKDIRE
- Scroll down to your user profile
- select 2 to change
- press F19 "Change Name for SMTP"
-  Whatever you want before the '@' goes on the SMTP user ID line
-  Whatever you want after the '@' goes on the SMTP domain line
