I have a shareware tool available at a very low cost for FTP.  One of these
days (when I find time) I play on getting it to work on all TCPIP exit
points.  But for now, it does a great job for FTP protection, and it has a
couple other tricks up it's sleve (like allowing you to run programs when an
FTP option is performed).
