me too. I sent by private email a savefile with the following MI-program
to wait a given number of milliseconds. I'm sure he has a good reason.

DCL SPCPTR .PARM1 PARM;
DCL DD MILLISECS PKD(15,5) BAS(.PARM1);

DCL DD WAIT CHAR(16) BDRY(16);
    DCL DD TIME    CHAR(8) DEF(WAIT) POS( 1);
        DCL DD TIME-HI BIN(4) UNSGND DEF(TIME) POS(1);
        DCL DD TIME-LO BIN(4) UNSGND DEF(TIME) POS(5);
    DCL DD OPTIONS CHAR(2) DEF(WAIT) POS( 9) INIT(X'2000');
    DCL DD *       CHAR(6) DEF(WAIT) POS(11) INIT(X'000000000000');

DCL DD TIMESTAMP PKD(21,0); /* CAN HOLD 64-BIT UNSIGNED */
DCL DD TWO**32    PKD(11,0) INIT(P'4294967296');

DCL OL PARMS(.PARM1) PARM EXT MIN(1);
ENTRY * (PARMS) EXT;
    MULT(R)     TIMESTAMP, MILLISECS, 4096000;
    DIVREM      TIME-HI, TIMESTAMP, TWO**32, TIME-LO;
    WAITTIME    WAIT;
    RTX         *;
