 This forum is for the sharing of ideas and helping each other. Just because
you don't see the practical use for something doesn't mean it doesn't have
one. If you don't have anything to add why don't you stop wasting
everybody's time and just say nothing?

yes, the WAITTIME  MI-instruction can delay down to 1/1000th
of a second.
