I'm frankly amazed that they are even selling it as a PRPQ. Last I heard there were problems with it on the V4R2+ releases that were going to be very expensive to fix and so they were not doing it. Something to do with PL/I using some under-the-hood support that nothing else used (related to run time error handling I think but that may be BASIC).
