I do live in these 'Exciting Times'. I've been creating Internet based interfaces for years now. The AS/400 is always involved in these solutions. I can't imagine not permanently storing information on the AS/400. I change my mind... The greatest application running on the AS/400? The answer would have to be OS/400. GREAT It is a sad state of affairs when greatness has come to mean just doing what you are supposed to do. If it just runs, it's great. Of course, in ordinary human experience we are all just waiting for Godot. Not too much excitement is need nor wanted, c.f. that old Chinese curse: "may you live in exciting times". +--- | This is the Midrange System Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com +--- +--- | This is the Midrange System Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com +---
