DUPTAP is a viable command.

You could always restore the library under another name, and then re-save 
it specifying the LABEL parameter using the correct name, but this will 
burn the most CPU, and probably be the most problematic.  (Before you take 
this approach to the bank, run a trivial test case, and display the tape to 
make sure that you got the desired results.)
