Let me start by saying I haven't had much success with this, but I'm
sure it's possible.  It's not on my high priority list, so I haven't put
much time into it.

STRAFPU  - start AFP Utilities
  14   - Print AFP Tutorial

Work with source overlay files to create an overlay file.  Then work
with source overlays to create overlays in that file.

The tutorial can help you with parts after that.  You will not be able
to view the overlay without Windows, but you can print it to an AFP
printer.

Page segments are (I think) covered in the tutorial also.
