You might want to check the archives.  Search for crtovl.  All's we use is
Word and the technique in the archives.

We are looking into using overlays, page seqments etc, using PSF/400 to
print some of our custom forms.

We would like to know what products other than AFP utilities that users are
using to create the page segments.  Especially PC based packages.
