Did you get to the area listing out each session available? Or don't they have that available yet? If you can't find it then you might want to ask the list for a snail mail copy of their schedule. Then you can whip out your highlighter and highlight the sessions which interest you. Find out how much it would cost to get this training elsewhere. After this homework, then take this to your boss. You've got a heck of a deal at COMMON. Even though they've significantly raised their rates from a few years ago. Rob Berendt ================== Remember the Cole! DanDaFourOOMan <danda400man@yahoo. Especially on the ROI. To reiterate a few key points of my original post: I will be assuming "ownership" of the AS/400 technology in our multiplatform company, and will be responsible for replacing old AS/400s with new AS/400s. My manager is encouraging me to "think outside of the box". He wants me to be able to think about the future potential uses of our AS/400s that we are not already doing before we order new AS/400s. It is my understanding that the V5 announcement will be made at the Spring conference. Is anyone expecting any significant hardware announcements? Janet Krueger wrote: Start planning now to join us in New Orleans for the 2001 Spring COMMON conference the week of May 13. It is truly the most all-encompasing educational opportunity you'll find for iSeries (AS/400) technologies!
