The connection is, with the PTF's just issued (order group PTF SF99035) 
you can run the Apache server on your 400.
(Along with the usual, "anything is better than IIS" connection, therefore 
whatever you run as a webserver on the 400 is less susceptible to hacks).

IMHO, Apache is a VASTLY better webserver than IIS.  And UNIX is a vastly
better operating system than NT.

None of this appears to have anything to do with the AS/400, however, so
I'm wondering where this is going?
