Before I start troubleshooting the wrong piece... Do you use your Windows NT Lotus Notes server as your mail relay for PCs on the network? My initial guess is that your NT server is refusing to relay the mail. If you don't think this is the case, please send me the whole error email message including all headers and I'll take a closer look. Is the mailrouter entry an IP address or NTserver.anco.be name? If it's a name, is there a host table entry for it? (Or proper DNS that the AS/400 can resolve? Try "nslookup NTserver.anco.be" using the name from mailrouter from the AS/400 command line.) My HOSTSCHPTY is set to *REMOTE to search DNS before using the host table entry. You may wish to try that or at least verify that you do not have invalid entries in your host table.
