Al, The last page thing sounds like a bug, not a setting. What version of Client Access are using, and what service pack level? I just checked, and I do NOT have this problem with Client Access Express V4R4 service pack SF63638. I can't address the conflict with BPCS Works, which I've never seen, although that might also be addressable by a Client Access service pack. Dave Shaw Spartan International, Inc. Thanks Scott for this tip. I passed this info on to my users & my PC enthusiasts are very excited with how simple the process seems to be. But they stumbled over some weird phenomena that probably I suspect is in some default setting place we have not yet noticed because they taking defaults for practically everything. If the spool entry was HELD & Never Printed, this process gets it all. If the spool entry was previously Printed & then Held (Saved), you lose the last page ... they tried this with small reports & big reports ... consistently lose the last page ... but they also see that they can cut & paste it in, they just need to remember to do that, until we figure out what settings are wrong that cause this. Signed on to BPCS works, with CA emulating twinax session. Using Ops Nav works fine also, but try to do both at same time from same work station IP address & get illegal operation instead. So far they have only tried this on standard 132 print position reports ... I anxiously await them trying it on a spectrum of other formats.
