RE: OV Search and Replace across Multiple Documents-End of OV

There are several sub-components for OV.  0001 - OV Text search services
must be installed.  We are at 4.4 and this shows as V4R2M0.

If installed, check under option 9 of OV, Administration.  Our text search
index is released and still in initial state.  Our searches still work.

I have reviewed these errors w/ ops. He thinks that it has something to do
with the text search function. He says that this is installed on our system,
but it is still in its initial state.

Please tell me-- what are the prerequisites for a "Search for documents" and
how to complete them.
