I can't imaging this amount of time being correct. I have done a 720, a
170, and and 820 (install only) and none of them took more than 2 hours
for the entire PTF process, including a half dozen group PTFs.  I would
certainly call support-line because I think Ken is probably on the right
track, you have a least one PTF stuck in there sideways.
