The best way I know of is put all the CHGCMDDFT's, CHGPRTF's, etc in a CL program called "OSCHANGES" or something like that. Then when you put a new version on, you just run that program. It requires discipline to do this, but is well worth it. It also assumes you only have 1 or 2 folks doing this sort of thing.
