The best way I know of is put all the CHGCMDDFT's, CHGPRTF's, etc in a
CL program called "OSCHANGES" or something like that.  Then when you
put a new version on, you just run that program.

It requires discipline to do this, but is well worth it.  It also
assumes you only have 1 or 2 folks doing this sort of thing.

Hi List!

Just wondering if there is any way to recover (or even save) the
changed
command defaults (from CHGCMDDFT) after doing an upgrade - we went V4R3
to
V4R5 over the weekend and are now having all sorts of problems.

The other problem we have is that queries appear to be taking a lot
longer
than usual....  still gathering info about that though.
