Hello Richard,

Thanks very much for the QSQPTABL file definition.  I searched IBM's support 
site and it seems that installing a secondary language will delete this file 
unless you have corrective PTFs installed.  Our 440 system was shipped with 
seven secondary languages so QSQPTABL was well and truly clobbered.

The recovery procedure in one of the PTF the cover letters is to reinstall 
BOSS option 1 which seems a little drastic just to recover a single file.

This file seems to be used by many SQL functions so it quite likely that any 
site which uses SQL and installs a secondary language will experience this 
problem.
