Dwayne, We tried that, and the problem stays with the PC. I put forth the suggestion about using ghost, and I'll see what happens. BTW, the PC's we are using are Compaq Ipaqs, and I can have either the diskette drive OR the CD attached. According to the Norton web page, ghost has an option to copy and install an image file over the network. Do you have any experience with this? Does it really work ? Lou Schmaus CCA, Inc.
