Just to confirm, yes, this should be the problem. SAMBA will work, but only
if the Netserver part is available (V4R2) and running.

NFS (IF I remember correctly) while available for V3R1 and above, was flaky
and needed to be ordered separately. For V3R7, I would suspect the same.
