CA/400 File Transfer V4R4M0/Win2k

We have a customer with a file transfer requirement from the AS/400 running
V4R4 to a PC running Windows 2000. All CA/400 features seem to be operating
correctly with the exception of file transfer.

I am able to send a file to the AS/400. I created a flat-text file and
transferred it successfully. Then I was successful retrieving that same
file back again. The problem is when the native DB file is attempted to be
received. CA/400 does identify the fields within the file when the transfer
request is created. The only status message displayed is 'Retrieving
database information...'.

I have been looking through the PTF covers letters and found an issue
regarding the authority on the CHGACGCDE command and have resolved that
situation.

Has anyone else come across this situation?
