ENDHOSTSVR and then STRHOSTSVR. Use CWBPING to check that everything has 
been started. If you get an error on the database servers then most likely 
you will never get your download to work, however this will tell you that 
the problem lies with the host. I presume TCPIP is started, and SBS QSERVER 
etc ?

Given the error message with the database servers I suspect the error is 
more likely to be with a service on the host than anything on your PC.

As Neil said, FTP will allow you to get the file if you have TCP started so 
you can get around things that way.
