Yes

Yes

Unsure.  However you can save a file on 4.5 as TGTRLS(V3R2M0), and that 
will work.  Note that attributes newly supported in 4.5 won't go back (like 
BLOBS, etc.)

Should work.  Clearly DDM will still work to a S/36.
