The only way I know of would be to run a second job that monitors the first 
and responds to the message when it sees that the job is in a message wait 
condition. I really think that's way more work than its work. Why don't you 
want to add the message to the system reply list? You can set up the filter 
so that it only replies to that message when its issued in your job...
