Lot's of personal attacks on my book.  Hmmmm...  See a shrink about that
lately? 

For the record, my book was written not for money.  I honestly did it to
help folks and provide information that was lacking in our world.  Judging
by the response, I feel confident that I did a good job.

Maybe on the followup book I will provide a chapter that shows how to create
dynamic XML and dedicate it to you.  :)
