IP Addresses in range 224 are broadcast addresses. IP Protocols like
OSPF use this address range to inform all other hosts on the network
without having to inform each of them specifically.

224.0.0.2 is used for Hot Standby Router Protocol.  I can't see why the
AS/400 would want to have this address assigned.
