Error Logging on

Hey Everyone,
Two of my users have now go a strange message when trying to log on to
AS400, it will display a message box with the
tile CWBUNPLA and the message text "Error occurred
while retrieving usage information for <user> on
<system>". It only does it for one AS400 and that one user, I can signon her
PC no prob. The only reference is an APAR# SA87698 for V4R4 ODBC that gets
the same error message but it's for SF60796 and we are on SF57098, (don't
ask). In looking for it I found it's 'C' file in the CA Toolkit 
Purpose:
Contains function prototypes for Client Access Services that are provided to
assist in the implementation of "Administratable Functions" by application
developers.
I finally got it to work by deleting the User profile and recreating it, but
thought that was a little severe, anyone heard of this before and what I
else I could of done?
