There is/was another product called LATTICE.
The address WAS ( I have not contacted them in some time):

You do not need a sential on each machine in order to run a program; only to
compile it or run a dfu on the pc.  It compiles to .exe file and uses DBF
for keyed data files.  If you are running S36, it emulated the OCL very
close or you can write .bat files to set and call your programs.   I
converted MAGICS an intergated mfg, dstro, and accounting package to run on
a PC network, a couple of years ago.
