WSCST for hp4050 - not rotating to portrait when COR.

I have a IBM laser, that is *IPDS.  When a print file that
is defined as PAGRTT = *COR or *DEVD, the document will print
in Portrait if narrow enough.  

I have now a HP4050 printer with a jet-direct card, and I am
trying to create a 3812 *LAN device, and the rotation is not
working as on the IBM Laser (twinax attached.)

Does anyone have a WSCST file that may help me perform this??
