C0B200H0, C0B300H0, C0B400H0, C0B500H0 Bookmaster latin1
C0H200H0, C0H300H0, C0H400H0, C0H500H0 Helvetica latin1
C0H202H0, ........ Helvetica latin235
C0N200H0, ........ Times New Roman latin1
All raster fonts.
