I'll grant you it's not the most intuitive form but the following code compiles 
and runs 
as expected:

D i               S              5I 0                               
C                   for       i = 10 downto 0 by 1                  
C     i             dsply                                           
C                   endfor                                          
C                   seton                                        LR
