You have a different error... Look sysval QQRYTIMLMT and see if 120 shows 
up in it

Currently, we have ODBC error using CA3.2 and dynamic SQL.  The error
message is
[IBM][Client Access ODBC Driver (32-bit)][DB2/400 SQL]SQL0666 - Estimated 
query processing time 316 exceeds limit 120.

I wonder if this is the same problem with yours.
