THEY ARE LISTENING !!  THEY'VE LISTENED !!!  (See my post 10/11/00 at 1:03)

Sure, it's easier to just complain about it, but IMO, it's time to shift
gears and take it the next level.

i.e. **Do something _constructive_**.  I don't know for sure what that is,
but I believe it's a waste of time and effort to keep raking IBM over the
coals.  Doesn't matter if it's valid or it's not valid, either way _it just
doesn't accomplish much_.

Well, I take NO pleasure at seeing IBM opening down over 17 points and now
down over 20...

I can only hope that they will just maybe with a little luck FINALLY START
LISTENING TO THE USERS AND START MARKETING!

Hopefully this stock tumble will get the cookie makers attention....
