Thank you for restoring my sanity.  This explained my confusion.  And
brings us back to another reason to stay current in OS. ;-)

I can think of an argument for NOT locking this away from CA users.  Let's
say you write a batch program, myfile.bat, on the PC and it executes a
remote command.  Perhaps it's better left to exit point programming and the
tools to handle this for you.

FTP remote command was "fixed" in V4R2.  Client Access Remote command
(which uses
DDM) will likely never be "fixed".

P.S.  If you really want to get there attention, change your reomte command
to do
something more powerfull like "rmtcmd crtlib qhack"  and then follow it up
with a
"rmtcmd dltlib qhack".  It has a more pronounced effect on the audience....
especially if they run with Object-Owner-profile = Group-Profile.
