Well I'll be dipped!  I swore that I read that this was patched.  I must
have gotten my wires crossed.  I had to reboot my PC and test this out.
Yes it's still open.  Maybe it was some security software vendor's exit
point program which checked to see if the person had LMTCPB *YES or
