The (unfortunate, usually) answer is No.  You need to get their 494
level or higher. Also in case you have someone suggest DLSW acroos
routers so that ethernet is provided by the router and the perle
piggybacks over the same connection, that won't work either. 394's are
PU1.0 and very inflixible.  Plan to replace the 394 level equipment.
