All you can do is to make a separate line for each customer address and not fill the field in column 1 if the name is the same as the previous line. three other design choices: 1 - make a check box on the panel to be checked/unchecked for which address you wish to show. 2 - make a mouse-over tooltip that shows the other address in the mouse text tip when the user passes over the subfile line. 3 - have a separate canvas to show individual data, including full addressing and phone numbers, etc that displays the values for any name that is selected, and changes as you click from name to name. This is my favorite. I make a notebook with several pages of information including addresses, history, graphs, comments, and other stuff. _______________________ Booth Martin Booth@MartinVT.com http://www.MartinVT.com _______________________ mariame@SIAMTL.COM Sent by: owner-midrange-l@midrange.com 10/06/2000 02:13 PM Please respond to MIDRANGE-L To: MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com cc: Subject: Re: multiline subfile varpg Hello, I've already create subfile like this, but what i am asking for is how can i create subfile like: cust1 address1 xxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx address2 cust2 address1 xxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx address2 cust3 address1 xxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx address2 cust4 address1 xxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx address2 ....... thanks +--- | This is the Midrange System Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com +---
